Just an observation; the last two orders I've had from Lulu have had errors in them. They printed one book with 200 pages missing (which they replaced and gave me a very nice voucher). The copy of Dark Albion they sent as part of the voucher order was the standard beige cover, not the alternative black one (same price etc.) that I'd ordered. No real harm was done, but it's getting a bit sloppy. Needless to say, I've contacted them again and let them know...
Oh I have a VERY interesting email from them regarding their pricing structure. Basically it’s all over the place - at the same page count, large books can be cheaper than small ones, premium cheaper than budget etc.
The reply indicates a certain lack of control over the interface.
Okay, Lulu are now officially bonkers. I raised a customer service request as I said above, and said that it was just to let them know that the item was incorrect and I didn't want another copy. They have ordered another copy anyway!
