So let's have a little review.
Before we vote, we need nominations.
So please nominate the cons of 2018 that deserve a nomination.
Nominations close midnight 31st December, and then we will vote in the New Year.

Great as North Star was, it can’t win unopposed so I nominate The Owlbear and the Wizard’s Staff, for the great name, the unexpected GM incentives, and the joy of an experimental new venture turning out wonderfully well!

I can't nominate one of mine, so Dragonmeet is the only other I have been to this year. For a step up in space and quality?

UK Games Expo is worth a nomination. I’ve not availed myself of them, but the “only at big events” things like Knightmare Live, Star Trek Bridge Simulator and The Dark Room make it something special. And the range of games is good. It does make me wish I was an avid board gamer or minis painter/player though.

I would add Tierre de Nadie, which is easily the best convention I have ever attended in 35 years of gaming... but, as it would only get a vote from me, it's a nomination I'll keep off the books.

I was getting married at that time, so completely missed out. Tell us more, why was it easily the best? Should we all go over there on our hols this year?
