Didn't Tunnels and Trolls have issues with stealing artwork for their publications?

Do you mean Flying Buffalo, the publisher? I very much doubt Rick Loomis would steal anything.

There was the opposite, someone stole and published a totally pirate version of T&T.

Looks like it's a total rogue and parasite, and NOT Flying Buffalo or Ken St. Andre who have also been ripped off.

That's the trouble with this business - most publishers, artists and writers cannot afford to take legal action over I.P. theft. Even if they could and the culprit was found guilty, chances are he or she would not be able to cough up the damages in any case.

The RPG industry depends greatly on trust and integrity (and the willingness of contributors to work for peanuts).

As one of the two editors of TrollsZine can i just say we have nothing to do with the now defunct Outlaw Press.

TrollsZine is a free zine for fans and by fans of T&T, published with the permission of Rick Loomis , owner of the T&T trademark. The Zine includes a piece by Ken St Andre (creator of T&T)written specially for it.

TrollsZine is published at RPG Now and RPG Drivethru as part of the Flying Buffalo stable, Rick kindly gave his permission for that as well.

Please download and read it with a clear conciensce and come to

http://trollbridge.proboards.com/index.cgi to let us know what you think and maybe contribute.

I deplore the bad reputation that OUtlaw Press gave T&T. All of our artists for TrollsZine have given us their artwork to use, are acknowledged and retain their copyright.

Cheers!

Also, there is a competition with the potential prize of Japanese T&T books, as well as publication in the next copy of TrollsZine.

Submit an article , 250-350 words on a Monster or NPC for use in T&T, with or without a picture. If you are not familiar with the system, i will be happy to stat it for you as part of the editing process.

The email address for the submission is in the zine, or you could pm me.
