The Tavern seems to have contracted spots.
The blue 'stones' seem to cover the posts making them unreadable.

Some breaking news: CJ, the GM of Pelorian Song Contest has just announced that he will be slightly rescheduling the game to start at 10pm on Friday evening, so as to allow story-tellers (and listeners) to attend.

The game will be shortened to 2 hours, which he thinks may well be a better time-scale for it in any case, so anyone who was considering signing up for it, but was put off by the clash with story-telling can now feel free to do so!

Having made all this fuss about it, I'd better go and do so I suppose!

I think when I originally posted the LotR rules to my website, I advertised them through the BRP mailing list and that led to your invite to join this site. Life caught up with me after that, though, so I haven't been very active on the games front.

SabreCon yes they should, but this was only their second year. As they are students they probably don't even know about either the Tavern or UKRP. Chris B from 6d6 did however post about it in the Other Events forum of UKRP, a post which so far has had only 34 views and two replies, one of them mine.

Gamma Con was put on the UKRP index page last year, this being its first year, but unfortunately it clashed with Conception.

Raiders, Beer&Pretzels, TringCon and StabCon are all board game cons except that StabCon, uniquely among BG cons, also has rooms for RPGs, something I've suggested to the organisers of MidCon, ManorCon and SoRCon, the other big ones.

All the others are on UKRP already and, with the exception of Congenial, again new this year- DPM is very good about getting stuff up on the site- have been for some years.

I also like the idea of linking in genre rewards with character advancement and something like �lan into characteristics sounds cool. I have been a big moorcock gaming fan all my gaming life and indeed this used to be Elric's Tavern before an unpleasant falling out with some people orbiting Moorcock.
